I have been providing psychotherapy since 1995 as a pro bono and private practice psychotherapist.
Prior to my counseling career, I was an Information Technologies manager and project manager for 20 years.

Certifications and Training

  • Internal Family Systems – I’m currently a Level 2 Certified IFS Practitioner and have been using the IFS model with clients for over 15 years.  I have assisted 7 times with IFS trainings, both Level 1 and Level 2.  I am approved by the Center for Self Leadership to offer consultation to Colorado therapists and practitioners who are pursuing IFS Certification.
  • Somatic trauma therapy.  I am trained in the Somatic Experiencing model through Intermediate III level.  I have also been an SE Training Assistant (Beginning through Intermediate III) 3 times.
