and Education"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I have been providing psychotherapy since 1995 as a pro bono and private practice psychotherapist.<br \/>\nPrior to my counseling career, I was an Information Technologies manager and project manager for 20 years.<\/p>\n<h3>Education<\/h3>\n<p>MA Clinical Psychology, University of Colorado \u2013 Denver<br \/>\nMA Computer Information Systems, University of Denver<br \/>\nBA Psychobiology, Boston College<\/p>\n<h3>Certifications and Training<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal Family Systems &#8211; I&#8217;m currently a Level 2 Certified IFS Practitioner and have been using the IFS model with clients for over 15 years.\u00a0 I have assisted 7 times with IFS trainings, both Level 1 and Level 2.\u00a0 I am approved by the Center for Self Leadership to offer consultation to Colorado therapists and practitioners who are pursuing IFS Certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Somatic trauma therapy.\u00a0 I am trained in the Somatic Experiencing model through Intermediate III level.\u00a0 I have also been an SE Training Assistant (Beginning through Intermediate III) 3 times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Therapeutic writing and journaling for healing.\u00a0 I have been trained and certified as a Journal Trainer with Kay Adams&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/journaltherapy.com\/\">Center for Journal Therapy<\/a>, and offer <a
