Design Your Life"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>How to manifest what you want when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or fragmented, or when you want to be intentional<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\">What You&#8217;ll Need<\/span><br>A quiet time and place, ideally at least half an hour.<br>Something to write with, electronically or manually (some studies suggest our thinking is creative in different, possibly deeper ways when we write manually).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1<br>Write the heading <strong>What I Want To Do This Year <\/strong>on your sheet.\u00a0 Below that number from 1-10.\u00a0 Next, in no particular order, fill in as many things as you can think of that you want to be doing this year.\u00a0 It&#8217;s fine if you come up with fewer or more than 10 items.\u00a0 My list this year had 8.\u00a0 Review your list and star your top 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2<br>Below or next to your list write the heading <strong>Fears\/Beliefs\/Other Blocking Me<\/strong>.&nbsp; Then for each item on your Step 1 list, write down the things that keep you from moving forward focusing first on your top 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3<br>Below or next to your 2 lists write the heading <strong>One + Thing(s) I Can Do<\/strong>.&nbsp; Then for each item on your Step 1 list, write down 1 or more things you can do right now to move forward or address the things you identified holding you back focusing first on your top 3.&nbsp; Remember that one of things you can do is to get support with the parts of you who hold beliefs, fears, assumptions, etc.&nbsp;
