This workshop, intended for individuals or couples, is based on Terry Real's Relational Recovery model. It explains reasons why problems occur in relationships, provides exercises for you to gain an in-depth understanding of your personal relationship dynamics, interactions, and family of origin issues, and teaches you take-away skills, through a mix of lecture and exercises, that are usable and work because they address core issues, and they help you manage your reactivity even in the most heated emotional moments.
